Community Guidelines

Attention all owners, residents, prospective buyers, and renters!

It is extremely important that all owners, residents, prospective buyers, and renters be aware of the following guidelines that have been set forth by the Lake Heather Heights Condo Association and Board of Directors.

1. If an owner decides to sell his/her unit, the prospective buyer must complete an application, pay a fee of $100.00, and be available for an interview with the Board of Directors.

2. Due to leasing restrictions, an owner wishing to lease must own a unit for a minimum of two (2) years from sate of purchase. After that period, an owner wanting to lease the unit must submit an application to the Association for approval. Failure to do so could result in a fine to the owner(s) of $100.00 per day with a maximum of $1,000.00 for an illegal occupancy. Also, owners are responsible for the behavior of their tenants/guests and any damage caused by them.

Please read and comply with the condominium documents and Rules & Regulations.
